John Still Happy With Plymouth Point

Manager John Still has maintained that he was pleased with the point from the Plymouth game, simply because it brought our two game losing streak to an end and it gives us something build on as we move forward again.

Speaking to the Plymouth Herald Still was honest about expectations from the game.

'We are Dagenham, and if we get anything from a club like Plymouth it's a great result for us. Before anything else, I knew we would have to battle and we did.'

Talking about the relative sizes of both clubs, Still also pointed out the new manager effect, and the fact they had recently strengthened in the window describing Reuben Reid as an 'effective player on his day' as well as pointing out the loan signing of Crystal Palace youngster Jason Banton who he knows really well, so overall he was perfectly happy with the result and our performance, as it should give us some good confidence back.
