Maher Delighted With Return

Midfielder Kevin Maher was delighted to return to the team for the first time since November, especially as we picked up all three points.

Speaking to the Official Site following the Rotherham win, the player said.

'Of course it was personally great to be back in the side, but the most important thing was we came home with all three points. It was a tough game, but we stuck together and grounded it out.'

Maher adds that he thought he performed okay, although he wanted to see more of the ball but he appreciates it difficult to get back up to speed when you haven't played for a while.
