'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Burnett Frustrated By Torquay Draw

Wayne Burnett was deeply disappointed that we didn't capitalise on Torquay being reduced to ten men so early in the game, instead letting them back into it at the death.

Speaking to the media following the game, the interim manager said we should've won.

'I'm disappointed we didn't win, you'd expect us to when they went down to 10 men. We were ahead and we needed that second goal to kill off the game and we didn't get it.'

Burnett was pleased with our overall performance in the game, but he has to look at it as two points dropped given the circumstances.
