'If It's Football, It's Vital'

More Oxford Reaction

Wayne Burnett has said he doesn't believe Oxford troubled us apart from the chance that led to the goal.

Speaking to the Official Site after watching the game back on DVD, the interim manager said of the performance.

'It was very much a game of few chances, we've watched the DVD back and they never really tested us apart from the goal they scored. I don't think we created enough chances, we tried to change it in the second half ut we couldn't make the breakthrough.'

Burnett adds that he's very disappointed with our home form at the moment and we need members of the team to step up and be our goalscorers, as we are desperately lacking in that area.
