Gayle Move Could Bag Daggers 1million

Rumours are rife that Dwight Gayle is in line for a move to newly promoted Premiership side Crystal Palace, and if true it could line our pockets with 1milion.

Reports are a bit wild at the moment saying that Palace are prepared to pay anything from a final fee of 6m to 8.5m to Peterborough depending on what press report you read.

This is great news for the Daggers as we hold a reported 20% sell on clause from the deal that took him from us to Peterborough back in January.

Some suggest that if the fee is 6million up front, we will gain a minimum of 1.2million which would be fantastic for the club given our wage bill last season was 750,000.

Fingers crossed.
