Labadie Signs Two Year Deal

Labadie Signs Two Year Deal

Dagenham and Redbridge have added a second signing today, and it comes in the shape of wide midfielder Joss Labadie.

The 23 year old has put pen to paper on a two year deal with us following his release by former club Torquay United following their relegation to the non league level.

Having come through the youth set up at West Bromwich Albion, and taking in loan spells at Shrewsbury, Cheltenham and Tranmere Rovers, his final loan spell at Prenton Park earnt him a permanent move there in 2010.

Following a two year spell with them, he moved on to Notts County in 2012, and then took in a loan spell with Torquay. That move earned him a permanent offer in 2014 until the end of the season, but it did end badly for him following a charge of biting and he served a 10 match ban.

In his career so far he has made 122 starting appearances across all competitions, with a further 50 from the bench, and has returned a total of 23 goals.
